Ryan L. Young, RY Design Services, LLC Founder & CEO
In 2006, Mr. Young received a Bachelors of Science from Grambling State University, with a major in Drafting Design Engineering Technology. He is a member and Past President of The Central Savannah River Valley Branch of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), former Director at Large for the South Carolina Section of ASCE and a member of the Structural Engineering Institute (SEI). He has worked in the architectural, engineering, and surveying fields, as well as being a state roadway construction inspector, and Mr. Young has refined his craft in all of the fields in which he has gained experience.
Mr. Young has drafted plans for architects whom were extremely diversified, whose scope of work held no limitations. Mr. Young has done drafting and minor design on vehicle maintenance facilities, canopies, additions to activity centers & churches, roof replacements and Daycares under the tutelage of highly experienced licensed architects.
In the engineering field, Mr. Young has drafted foundations and structural steel for various entities ranging from the wood product industry, to refining and chemical industries. He has drafted structural details, sections, elevations, and plans in the structural engineering field. Drafted (including minor design) drainage projects, which consisted of roadway stabilization, drainage re-configurations by changing water conveyance, and emergency pipe replacement of corroded existing pipe in a channel.
In the surveying field, his experience was drafting boundary, topographic, as-built, and subdivision surveys. Since establishing RY Design Services, LLC in 2004 as RY Drafting Services, RY Design Services, LLC has had projects in the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Hawaii, Indiana, Arizona, Florida, Texas, New Jersey and New York. The direction that Mr. Young has led RY Design Services, LLC in has been very promising for the company. The projects range from Government Projects, Subdivisions, Private Residents, Commercial Development, Construction Shop Drawings, Steel Detailing and As-Built Drawings for commercial and private construction. Mr. Young currently has 23 years of experience between drafting, design and field solutions. Under the leadership of Mr. Young, RY Design Services, LLC has grown at a steady pace and looks to continue to grow in reputation as a company that any and all clients can depend on.

Adam H. Krol, President of Krol Creations, LLC (3D/BIM Manager)
In 2019, Mr. Krol received his high school diploma from South Aiken High School in Aiken South Carolina, with a Mechanical Architectural Drafting Design certificate from the Aiken County Career and Technology Center. He is a member of the South Carolina Army National Guard in which he joined before his high school commencement. He has worked in architectural and engineering BIM creation since his time at the Aiken County Career and Technology Center. Although Mr. Krol is new to the profession, he has made every possible effort to refine his craft so that he can be just as competitive and efficient as someone with years of experience. Mr. Krol and Krol Creations have been an enormous asset to the RY Design Services family, and we are excited to be able to have the relationship between the two companies that we have.
